Standing 2.81 metres tall with 1.95-metre eaves clearance, the 3.19m x 2.54m central floor area accommodates standard outdoor dining sets, lounge furniture, or hot tub surrounds. The interlocking steel roof sheets carry a 100 kg snow load rating and Level 7 wind certification (50–61 km/h), while the engineered slope channels runoff efficiently. An open-air double-tier ceiling gap sits above the base layer, drawing hot air upward and creating consistent cross-ventilation beneath.

Manage shade and airflow using the four attached polyester privacy screens and removable Texteline mesh netting. Both panel types anchor firmly to the frame and tie back with integrated fasteners when full outdoor exposure is preferred. Structural stability relies on the included twelve expansion bolts for tiled or concrete bases and twelve steel ground anchors for grass or soil, guided by the provided installation manual.

Maintain roof drainage by clearing snow accumulation after heavy falls entirely. Relocate the structure or remove side panels before sustained wind exceeds Level 7 speeds.
