Our BBQs and outdoor ovens from Ooni, Weber, Napoleon and Kamado Joe are designed to deliver years of reliable performance and are supported by strong manufacturer warranties. Depending on the model and component, coverage generally ranges from 1 to 5 years for Ooni ovens, up to 15 years for selected Weber and Napoleon BBQs, and up to a limited lifetime warranty on the ceramic parts of Kamado Joe grills. Warranty periods, registration requirements and exclusions vary, so please check the individual product details for the exact coverage.

Please note that all our deliveries are kerbside. This means your items will be delivered to the nearest accessible point at the front of your property — typically your driveway or entrance. Due to insurance restrictions, our couriers are unable to enter beyond this point, and we kindly ask that this is taken into account when planning your delivery.

The Ooni Karu 2 is the ultimate multi-fuel outdoor pizza oven for those who want the freedom to cook with wood, charcoal, or gas — wherever life takes them. At just under 16kg, it’s compact, durable, and built for life on the go, whether you’re camping under the stars, firing up pizzas in the garden, or cooking for friends at a gathering.
Use wood or charcoal to reach up to 500°C and cook flame-kissed, restaurant-quality pizzas in just 60 seconds. Prefer gas? Simply attach the optional gas burner (sold separately), which burns 36% more efficiently on the Karu 2 than on its predecessor. The borosilicate glass door with ClearView™ technology lets you watch the magic happen — cheese bubbling, crusts rising, pepperoni crisping — while actively reducing sooty buildup on the glass surface. A wider, 45% larger solid fuel tray delivers a more even flame and nests neatly at the back for easy clean-up. The cast aluminium nose and rear, combined with a powder-coated, weather-resistant shell, ensure excellent heat retention and long-lasting durability.
