Our BBQs and outdoor ovens from Ooni, Weber, Napoleon and Kamado Joe are designed to deliver years of reliable performance and are supported by strong manufacturer warranties. Depending on the model and component, coverage generally ranges from 1 to 5 years for Ooni ovens, up to 15 years for selected Weber and Napoleon BBQs, and up to a limited lifetime warranty on the ceramic parts of Kamado Joe grills. Warranty periods, registration requirements and exclusions vary, so please check the individual product details for the exact coverage.

Shipping is FREE on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

We don't believe in fine print or hidden charges — we like to keep things simple and transparent.

Delivery Timeframe All orders are delivered within 5–10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that all our deliveries are kerbside. This means your items will be delivered to the nearest accessible point at the front of your property — typically your driveway or entrance. Due to insurance restrictions, our couriers are unable to enter beyond this point, and we kindly ask that this is taken into account when planning your delivery.
